The Park Village is a community offering highest quality houses and apartments for Residents interested in independent residential living and assisted living. The commitment of our village is to enable Residents to stay as autonomous and healthy for as long as possible. Should the need arise for a greater level of assistance we can provide Assisted Living apartments - this fills the niche between independent living and the need for 24-hour skilled nursing care.

The Park offers the privacy and freedom of home combined with the convenience and security of on-call assistance and a maintenance-free environment.

For independent living Residents, the Park offers a wide variety of social, cultural and recreational programmes. We listen to Residents feedback to develop programmes that will complement our Residents current interests as well as help them discover new ones.

Benefits of Living at The Park include:

• The Park provides for both Independent Living and Assisted Living.
• Onsite 24 Hour Emergency Nurse Call is available to all Residents.
• Our Healthcare Manager (Qualified Nurse) is available Mon – Fri to assist with routine medical matters and to provide advice to family members & Residents where necessary.
• As Residents Medical needs change our Healthcare Manger is available to advise Families to ensure that an adequate care plan is put in place and we can also provide contact details for recommended Care Providers.
• All Houses, Apartments, and common areas are equipped with 24 Hour Emergency Nurse Call Buttons. Emergency Nurse Call wristbands are also available.
• Chiropody, Massage, Physiotherapy and Physical Therapy are also available within the village at the Residents own expense.
• Medical Centre, Dental Practice and Pharmacy are within easy walking distance.

Our overall focus in the Park is on the daily wellness of our Residents and to keep them as Independent as possible.
