24hour monitoring of CCTV is provided in the Park. All units have call systems in the living room, bedrooms and main bathroom that give 24-hour emergency medical cover along with this we actively encourage a "Neighbourhood Watch" programme in the village. An on-site caretaker is also provided. Dedicated security personnel are on duty after normal working hours.
Yes. At the time of entering the village Residents must be at least 55 years old and able to cope with the day-to-day running of an independent home.
Yes, but there are restrictions - pets must conform to the Pet Agreement and every pet must have a Pet Sponsor. You are welcome to discuss this with the Management Team.
Yes, but as the number of houses and apartment are limited this will be on a first come basis.

Residents are responsible for the day-to-day running costs of their home including ESB, gas, Chorus, telephone and broadband.
Yes. The minimum contract is six months after which the contract is automatically extended if the Resident is happy at The Park. Our over-riding ambition is to develop long term relatonships with our Residents.
The standard one months rent and deposit is required in advance.
Yes, The Park is your home.
The cleaning and maintenance of the Park including landscaped grounds, grass cutting, car parking area, lifts, gutters and drainpipes, patios, house and apartment exteriors, refuse disposal and organisation of bin area is included in the monthly payment. General maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, heating is also included in the monthly payment.
Insurance of all house and apartments, common areas and public liability (excluding contents) is included in Residents monthly payment.
We currently have access to a full range of care/services, provided by the staff of the on-site Park Nursing Home run by Mowlam Healthcare, for our Residents with dependancy needs or Residents requiring short term assistance. Gay Callaghan, our Healthcare Manager, will meet and assess the individual needs of Residents and potential Residents to determine the level of care required.
Yes. The Residents are the most important people in The Park. We actively encourage Residents to contribute to the running of the village.
Yes. Your house is your own home and naturally you can have visitors at anytime and your guests may use any of the villages fine facilities, however permanent live in guests are not allowed. Additional accommodation can be provided by the on-site four star Castletroy Park Hotel. The exclusive Platinum Card for Residents provides discounted accommodation benefits for Residents.
